I have decided to use the 3rd font from the top for my masthead because this font looks very simple but professional for a magazine. I also think that the colour is appropriate for a Music/Fashion magazine as it is a feminine colour suitable for older females (aged 16-22). The fact that it is a basic font also makes it a lot more recognisable and a lot more grown up, making it clear that the magazine is for females of a more older age. Like other music/fashion magazine such as Look, More and Billboard magazine. Whereas Pop magazines such as We Love Pop are for the younger generation, and I don't want my magazine to come across as being for the younger females as that would not fit in with my target audience.
